Milen Epik
Head of Globalization Solutions and Services /Founder
Milen Epik has 25+ years of experience working with global Fortune 500 and midsize companies in software development, globalization, and i18n. In 2006, she founded Epik Global Solutions, and today the EGS team focuses on providing solutions specific to customers' needs, while establishing proven processes and best-practices for US and internationally based companies.
Milen held various services leadership positions in the localization and software industry throughout her career at ILE (now Lionbridge), GlobalSight, Transware, and Transperfect. Most recently, she was the VP of Globalization Solutions and Services at Lingoport where she was responsible of the staffing, project leadership, delivery and success of all customer services. From 1988 to 1997, Milen worked at Xerox-PARC and its subsidiaries as a software developer for multilingual market products and natural language technologies. She holds an MS degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, with a concentration in AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
